health. Here are some easy and quick drinks which you can add to your daily
morning routine.
1. Lemon Honey Water
Water is the
best zero-calorie drink, but some people do not like the taste of it on its
own. By adding lemon juice and honey it enhances the flavor of the water. So,
drinking lemon honey water in the morning is quite easy. Moreover, lemon is
naturally blessed with Vitamin C, a primary antioxidant that helps to protect
your body from cell damage due to free radicals. Like lemon, honey is also a
good source of antioxidants
