Ingredients
Ajwain Seeds – 1Tsp
Water – 1 glass
Preparation Method
è --> In a saucepan, add a glass
of water and allow it to boil
è --> In the boiling stage, add
a teaspoon of Ajwain and allow it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes
è --> After 5 minutes, strain
the water and let it stand overnight
è --> The next day morning, just
warm the water and consume it on an empty stomach
Note: It is recommended to consume Ajwain water only once or a maximum of twice a day
