In my experience am suggesting that a morning drink is one of the best ways to get rid of toxins from your body. Aside from cleansing, it also improves your overall health. Here are some easy and quick drinks which you can add to your daily morning routine.

1. Lemon Honey Water

Water is the best zero-calorie drink, but some people do not like the taste of it on its own. By adding lemon juice and honey it enhances the flavor of the water. So, drinking lemon honey water in the morning is quite easy. Moreover, lemon is naturally blessed with Vitamin C, a primary antioxidant that helps to protect your body from cell damage due to free radicals. Like lemon, honey is also a good source of antioxidants

Ingredients

water - 1 small glass

Lemon Juice - 3Tbsp

Honey - 1-2Tbsp

How to Prepare?

--> Heat a small glass of water and allow it to boil

--> Add lemon juice and honey into the boiled water

--> Stir well and drink warm

2. Cinnamon and Honey Water

Both the ingredients (that is cinnamon and honey) are rich sources of antioxidants and anti-bacterial properties. It is good for gut health. Cinnamon powder - 1Tsp

Honey - 1Tsp

Warm water - 1 small glass

--> In a glass, add cinnamon powder and honey

--> Add some warm water to a glass. Stir well until the honey dissolves

--> Consume the drink regularly on an empty stomach

3. Cumin or Jeera Water

Cumin water is good for your health, it helps in hydrating your body. This drink is used to get rid of stubborn belly fat. It also reduces hunger and improves the fat-burning process.

Cumin seeds - 2Tbsp

Water - 1 glass

--> Soak the cumin seeds in a cup of water and allow them overnight

--> Next day morning, heat the soaked cumin along with the water, strain the water, and drink every morning

--> If you want, you can add lemon juice to it

--> Add a teaspoon of green tea leaves or a green tea bag and let it simmer for 3 to  5 minutes

--> Once the color is changed strain the mixture

--> If you want, you can add honey, lemon juice, or either anyone to enhance the green tea flavor
