A properly balanced, healthy meal that is rich in fruits, veggies, and other categories of foods is important for improving brain function and reducing brain damage. Try to have “three meal plans” or “six small meal plans” to keep your energy level boosted so that you can be active all day.

4. Stay hydrated

Feeling thirsty? Have a glass of water instead of alcohol or caffeine drinks. Drinking water keeps you hydrated, and it will help your mind stay focused and think clearly.

Note: When you are dehydrated, you are less likely to have headaches, and it is hard for the brain to concentrate.

5. Social life is important
