suddenly transform into anger, stress, and hatred. What is more, all those
feelings are completely natural, and most parents experience negative emotions at
some point in their lives.

so on

* Inability to manage finances, a lot of other responsibilities,
and so on
Note: You(parents) are frequently stressed, and children do
not feel comfortable talking to you. So, they are concerned about sharing their
thoughts, ideas, and problems with such parents.

It is common to feel stressed out as a parent at some point.
Yes. I understand that, as parents, you are supposed to not only deal with all
of the regular concerns but also keep those concerns from affecting your
children. Almost all parents are dealing with high levels of stress, and it is
no surprise that this might affect how you parent. Some of the ways that stress
affects your parenting are as follows:
* You are not spending enough time with your children
* Sometimes you yell at your child
* You become over-involved in your child's life
* Children feel guilty about your(parent's) behavior

mean you(parents) should not show your emotions as parents, but it does mean you
should be prepared to handle them. It is not necessary for your children to see
you as calm and cool all of the time.
Teach your children that stress, happiness, frustration, and
other emotions are normal parts of life, and it is even more important for them
to understand that if they do not understand they will suffer emotionally.
However, the most important thing parents can do to avoid passing stress on to their
children is to better manage their own stress.
5 Best Strategies To Handle Parenting Stress
Children, especially a newborn bring a major transition into
your life. The following strategies will help you in handling stress:
1. Say "yes" to Help
What is more, we(parents) are not superwomen or supermen,
especially first-time parents. Now is the right time to accept any and all forms
of help from your parents, family members, and friends. If possible hire a maid
or helper to support you and to maintain your family and home in the best possible
condition.
2. Spend Time with your Partner
I believe that spending time with your partner and having an open
conversation about how you are feeling, what you are going through, and how you
are managing family and children, etc.., is the best way to feel cool and calm.
This is because your partner is on the same journey as you and can understand
your feelings and concerns
3. Sleep when the Baby Sleeps
Sleep when the baby sleeps is the best way to relax yourself,
but it is not for everyone, You can also do something you enjoy when the baby
sleeps. Resting is recommended during this period, but you can also do laundry,
prepare meals, and other household chores, and many others.
4. Look after your own Health
I am sure you forget about yourself once you become a parent
since your children became your top priority. However, do not allow this to happen.
It is okay, there is nothing wrong with looking after yourself. Giving your
child top priority is great, but it is also important to look after yourself. First,
relax; once you begin to care for yourself, all your stress will vanish.
5. Maintain a healthy Work-Family balance
Balancing work and family life can add to the burden of parenting,
especially if you are a working mom. However, the best way to balance work and
family is to set a routine based on your schedule and plans. You can choose a
job that allows you to work from home or search for a company that gives
flexible work hours. You can also get the help of family members or hire a maid
or helper to take care of your kids and household responsibilities.
Things To Keep In Mind
* You will be able to keep your family happy if you are happy.
So, you must make yourself happy
* Stop considering yourself a "bad parent". You are
the best, and you are supporting your family in every possible way
* It is okay to let go of perfection sometimes. For example,
if you were unable to clean your home because you were caring for your child
* Avoid over-scheduling yourself with a large amount of work.
Try to divide your responsibilities with other family members and your partner
* Spend time in prayer to calm and comfort your mind
* Practice writing things down so you do not forget anything
and become stressed
* Talk to other parents to learn how they manage their work,
family, and children

It is okay to get professional help in order to resolve your
problem. Do not listen to what others have to say; all that matters is you,
your family, and your children. Getting professional help and support can help
you handle your problem or stress more effectively.
